Josi is Principal of Mortgage Sense and has been providing mortgage and protection advice to her clients since 2000.  She likes nothing better than the challenge of placing a really difficult case that no one else has been able to.

When Josi isn’t at her computer, she will more than likely be curled up on the sofa with a good book.  She is also partial to a chocolate bar (or four!)

Lesley Elsworthy
Mortgage & Protection Consultant and Equity Release Specialist

Lesley has been providing mortgage and protection advice since 2004 and added a further string to her bow in 2016 when she qualified in Equity Release.  Lesley gets real satisfaction from guiding clients through one of the most exciting times of their lives with the least amount of stress and hassle possible.

When Lesley isn’t advising clients, she can often be found on her road bike and enjoys cycling long distances to raise money for charity.

Lisa McKenzie
Case Manager

Lisa joined the Mortgage Sense team in 2020, having spent the previous 10 years working in conveyancing.  The best part of Lisa’s job is giving good news to clients that their mortgage offer has been issued!

When Lisa isn’t in the office, she spends her time baking cakes for her friends and family.

Lisa’s choice of superpower would be the ability to teleport, so she could visit her friends and family who are dotted all over the Country!
